Chinese Stir-Fried Vegetables

Crunchy vegetables sprinkled with soy sauce, served with egg strips and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
1 cabbage, cubed
1 carrot, chopped
1 cauliflower, cut into pieces
2 capsicums, cubed
2 tsp oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp garlic chilli paste
25 gm sesame seeds- roasted
1 egg - omelet cut into pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
20 gm ginger
20 gm garlic

Method:
Fry the vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add soya sauce and chilli paste.
Add the roasted sesame seeds and toss it around for a while.
Then add the strips of the egg and serve.
