Saucy Paneer

Cottage cheese cubes swimming in a thick sauce made of spices.

Ingredients:
Paneer (cottage cheese),cut into 1 inch cubes 250 grams
Oil 3 tablespoons
Large Onion,cut into 1-inch cubes 1
Broccoli,separated into florets 1 small
Garlic cloves,crushed and chopped 5-6
Green chillies,finely chopped 2
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Chilli garlic sauce 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method:
Heat one and a half tablespoons oil in a non-stick wok, add onion and cook till soft.Add broccoli and sauté for two minutes. Add cottage cheese cubes and sauté for a minute. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick wok add garlic, green chillies, soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and mix. Cook for a few seconds. Add the sautéed vegetables-cottage cheese and toss gently.
Add salt and black pepper powder. Cook for two to three minutes on low heat, sprinkling water if necessary. Cook till the sauce coats the cottage cheese and the vegetables. Serve hot.
