Ingredients:
280 ml (1/2 pint) tinned mango pulp
Juice 1 lemon
1 tbsp clear honey
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
140 ml(1/4 pint) unsweetened orange juice
140 ml (1/4 pint) water
1 small piece of fresh root ginger (optional)
Orange slices to decorate
Method:
Put the mango pulp, lemon juice, honey, spices, orange juice and water into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Put 2 or 3 ice cubes each into 4 glasses and divide the mango juice equally between them.
If using the fresh ginger, put this into a garlic crusher and squeeze a few drops of ginger into each glass.
Decorate with a slice of orange on the rim of each glass and serve.
