Tuna Salad

Tuna is of the famous fish meat. Canned tuna is a prominent component in many weight trainers diets very high in protein and and easily prepared and also contain high amount of vitamin D and omega 3.

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna in oil
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sweet pickle
3 tbsp onion
3 tbsp celery
1 tbsp pepper
salt

Procedure:
Separate Tuna from the oil, drain it, add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 3 tbsp onion, 3 tbsp celery, 1 tbsp of pepper. Mix it well. Then add salt to taste. Top it over the lettuce or bread.
