Coffee Floater

Ingredients:
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp clear honey
1 1/4 cup (1/2 pint) 300 ml ice cold milk coffee or vanilla ice cream

Method:
Dissolve the coffee and honey with a little boiling water.
Add the ice cold milk and chill. Float a square of ice cream on the top.
