Crab Masala Dry

Crab Masala Dry -

South Indian crab masala is very tasty food. We can take as main course. It is also a tasty meal for dinners. Enjoy the Spicy, hot crab!

Ingredients:

500 g fresh or alive crabs
200 g shallots (Chinese onion) sliced
1 tomato sliced
3 garlic crushed
3 tbs curry leaves
1/4 coriander leaves
2 tbs chilli power
2 tbs coriander power
1/4 tbs cumin power
1 tbs aniece powder
3 tbs refined oil
3 tbs coconut grind
1 ts mustard
1/4 ts fenugreek
salt to taste
1 tbs crushed pepper

Method:

Clean and cut the crabs. Add all powdered masala into the crab. Add salt and keep aside.
Heat the pan (iron). Heat the oil.
Add mustard and and fenugreek. Add shallots fry light brown, add garlic, tomato fry well with medium flame.
Then add the crabs & mix well.
After 5 minutes add 1/2 glass water. Close with lid.
After 5 mins add curry leaves, coriander, coconut, mix well. After 5 mins all water absorbed.
Then sim the flame mix well every mins carefully then crab gets brown ,add pepper and mix.
After 5 mins stop the stove, and garnish with coriander.

NOW THE SPICY & TASTY CRAB FRY IS READY....!!!....

Tip: After adding coconut, masala will stick to the pan. So, stir and mix well the masala or add a little more oil as required.
