Vegetable Clear Soup

This mixed vegetable soup is very refreshing.

Ingredients:
•Carrot 1/2 medium
•Chinese cabbage,cut into 1 inch pieces 4-6 leaves
•Red capsicum,cut into 1 inch pieces 1 medium
•Snow peas,halved 8-10
•Mushrooms,sliced 6-8
•Vegetable stock 4-5 cups
•Garlic,crushed 2-3 cloves
•Celery,diagonally sliced 1 stalk
•Spring onion bulb ,sliced 1
•MSG 1/4 teaspoon
•Black peppercorns,crushed 5-6
•Salt to taste
•Bean sprouts 1/2 cup
•Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon

Method:
Cut the carrot into two lengthways. Cut it further into thin slices. Heat the vegetable stock in a wok or a pan, add the garlic and bring to a boil. Add the carrot, Chinese cabbage, red capsicum, snow peas, mushroom, celery and spring onion and cook for two or three minutes. Add the MSG, crushed peppercorns, salt and bean sprouts. Stir in the lemon juice and serve piping hot.
