Lechon Kawali -
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs pork liempo2 1/2 tbsp salt
4 cups water
oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
Boil water with salt.Put-in the pork and boil until tender. Remove the scum on top of the liquid so you can use the liquid for soup.
Remove liempo from fire and let it cool.
Heat cooking oil which can submerge the whole liempo.
When hot (350 deg F), put liempo & cook for 10-12 minutes until the skin is crisp.
Remove from the oil and drain.
Enjoy!
