Bangus sa Mais (MilkFish in Corn)

Bangus sa Mais (MilkFish in Corn) -

INGREDIENTS:

1 bangus (milkfish), cleaned and sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 white or yellow corn, scraped off the cob
4 cups of water
pepper leaves
salt or fish sauce to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Saute garlic and onion.
Add the corn and cook until the corn is tender.
Add water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add the milkfish and simmer until the fish is cooked.
Add the pepper leaves.  Simmer for few minutes.
Add salt or fish sauce to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
