Beef in Corn and Asparagus

Beef in Corn and Asparagus -

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced cut in strips
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
6 pieces asparagus, trimmed, sliced diagonally
10 pieces baby corn
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil


DIRECTIONS:

Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok.
Add the beef and cook over high heat. Cook until the beef changes color.
Add garlic then onion until translucent.
Pour in the soy sauce. Stir.
Add the asparagus. Cook until it tender. About 1 minute.
Add baby corns and cook until heated through.
Add the oyster sauce and crushed pepper.
Stir until sauce is well blended.
Best served with hot rice.
