Ginisang Sardinas (Sauteed Sardines)

Ginisang Sardinas (Sauteed Sardines) -

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (15oz) mackerel sardines
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced  
1 tbsp soy sauce  
1 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing

DIRECTIONS:

Heat cooking oil In a pan or wok.
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Add the sardines, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with hot white rice. Enjoy!
