Paksiw na Bangus

Paksiw na Bangus-

INGREDIENTS:

1 bangus, cleaned & sliced diagonally
1 small ginger root, sliced
1 small bittermelon, sliced
1/3 cup vinegar
2 1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
siling pansigang or siling labuyo (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Arrange all the ingredients in a wok.
Simmer for over medium fire until the milkfish is cooked. (around 10-15 mins)
Remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy!

***Note: Best served with fish sauce & chili pepper. Can also be paired with sinangag (fried rice) or white steamed rice.
