Seafood Ginataan

Seafood Ginataan-

INGREDIENTS:

10-12 pcs mussels (tahong)
6 pcs crab legs
1 cup shrimps
2 slices of catfish (hito)
1 1/2 cups squash
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp fish sauce
3 cloves garlic
1 medium sized onion
2 tbsp cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:

Steam all the seafoods except catfish. Set aside.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan or wok and saute garlic and onion.
Add the squash and cook until slightly tender.
Pour-in the water and let it boil.
Add the fish and cook for few minutes. Add the fish sauce.
Add the steamed seafoods and coconut milk. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
Enjoy!
