Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta -

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups fresh milk
1 pack  3.17 oz unflavored gelatin
2 cups table cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Turn on the stove to medium heat. Stir constantly until it boils.
Remove from heat.
Transfer to molded containers and let it cool until set.
Refrigerate.
Serve with chopped mangoes or peaches.
Enjoy!
